Refund policy

HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE

Every United Human Nation product is made to order and printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, our returns policy differs from standard retail — please read it carefully before purchasing.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@unitedhumannation.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once we have reviewed your message, we will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. We do not require you to return the item in these cases.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@unitedhumannation.com.


CHANGE OF MIND AND SIZING

Because our products are made to order and printed with a unique design specifically for each customer, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

We are therefore unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Incorrect colour selected
  • Any other reason unrelated to a product fault or error on our part

We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing or products before purchasing, contact us at info@unitedhumannation.com and we will help.


RESHIPMENT DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an order is returned to us or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee of €5.90 applies in these cases to cover the cost of re-dispatching your order.
