Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
All United Human Nation products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, products may not be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be exactly accurate.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 — COLLECTIONS FOR CAUSES
Each United Human Nation collection is associated with a specific social or humanitarian cause. A percentage of revenue from each collection is donated to our designated charity partner for that cause. Donation percentages and partner organisations are disclosed on our Impact page.
By purchasing from a collection, you acknowledge that the stated donation is calculated as a percentage of the sale revenue, not the net profit, and that donations are transferred to partner organisations on a periodic basis as published on our Impact page.
SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs on an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or unusually high quantities.
SECTION 5 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We aim to ensure all information on the site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is always complete, current, or error-free. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
For consumers residing in the European Union: notwithstanding the choice of UAE law, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of those protections.
