HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE AND SHIPPED

Every United Human Nation product is made to order. Nothing is produced in advance — your item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This is how we eliminate waste and keep our model sustainable.

Because of this, your order goes through two stages before it arrives with you: production, then shipping.


PRODUCTION TIME

Once your order is confirmed, it enters production. This typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product type, the print provider, and current order volume.

During busy periods (such as the holiday season), production times may be slightly longer. We always recommend ordering with time to spare if you need your item by a specific date.


SHIPPING TIME (EUROPE)

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times within Europe are:

  • Western Europe (UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland): 3–7 business days
  • Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece): 5–10 business days
  • Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland): 4–8 business days
  • Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and others): 5–10 business days

These are estimates based on standard carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including customs processing, carrier delays, and public holidays — may affect delivery times.


TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Production (2–7 business days) + Shipping (3–10 business days) = approximately 5–17 business days from order date, depending on your location.

We recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive, particularly if you are ordering during a peak period.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. All costs are shown clearly before payment — there are no hidden charges.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your order in real time.

Please note: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your dispatch confirmation is sent.


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties applied by your country's authorities. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at info@unitedhumannation.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.


DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link for updates. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 7 business days, please contact us at info@unitedhumannation.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
